merchandise on the website at cost. If you are not ready
to join our membership program, you can still buy the
products at non-member prices at a very small markup over
our cost. At an average of just $1-2 over cost!

How to
use the Shopping Cart?
Our ordering process is pretty simple. Once you are in
the product details page, you have an option of choosing
the item (and gift wrap/ card, if applicable) you are
interested in purchasing. Just check the item you are
interested in buying and either checkout or continue
shopping, and the item will be added to your basket.
Once you have decided to checkout, you will be asked for
your email address and password if you are a returning
customer, or you will be asked for the above, and your
shipping and billing details if you are a new customer.
Just fill in the required info and proceed.
That's it! We will process your order once we receive the
same. Items in stock will usually be shipped the same or
next business day, and other items will be shipped usually
within 24-48 hours after receiving the order. If items are
not in stock or there is some other problem, you will get
an email advising you of the same.

How do I
create an account?
If you are ordering for the first time, you need to
create an account. If you wish to sign up for the
membership program, your account will be created once you
sign up for the same and your credit card has been
charged. If you do not wish to become a member, the
account can be created once you have decided to purchase
something from the site, and will be asked for your info
at the checkout.

How do I
change my account info?
You can change your account info at the checkout, once
you login by entering your email address and password. The
next screen will come up with your previous details that
you entered. You can edit some or all the info and
proceed. The new info will be saved.

Forgot your password? No problem. Just send us an

and we will email you the same to your email address on
file.

check my order status?
Just click the button on the top right corner that
says "order status" and login to find the status
of your order.

How do I
track my order?
If you already got an email from us with your tracking
number, please go the the UPS, Fedex or other carriers
website and check when you can expect your shipment. If
you did not get a tracking number as yet, then please
check your order

by clicking on the link.

My order
hasn't arrived !
If it has been over 10 days since you placed the
order, and you did not receive the package, there can be a
few difference scenario's:
> If you did not get an email from us within 24
hours acknowledging your order:
It is possible in rare cases, due to technical
problems, your order was not received by us. Please send
us an email to service@atozatcost.com
with such problems.
> If you got an email confirming the receipt of your
order info, but didn't get your tracking number:
You can check your order status by clicking on the
link at the top right corner of any page on our website.
> If you got an email with your tracking number:
Please check the above FAQ-"How do I track my
order". If you feel the shipping carrier has lost
your package, please send us an email to service@atozatcost.com
with your name and order date.

How do I
cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our business, selling items at
cost or at a very small markup, you cannot cancel an order
once it has been shipped. After it has been shipped, you

policies take effect. If you have just placed an order and
it has not yet been processed, you can call us at
732-246-7500 (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm EST) and cancel your
order. After business hours, you can send us an email to sales@atozatcost.com

How long will it take
before orders are processed and shipped?
Generally, orders that are received before 3 PM Eastern
Standard Time are processed within 24-48 hours. Processing
time also depends on the information you have provided
about your credit card , billing and shipping information
and whether the information is accurate. Allow 2-7
business days after the order has been shipped to actually
receive the order, of ordering by standard UPS Ground
service.

We offer a wide variety of products. Not all of the items
are listed in our website. If you don't see the book or

Can
I have my order delivered to a PO Box and do you ship
overnight?
No we dot ship to Post Office box addresses since UPS
does not deliver packages to post office boxes.
We do ship overnight if the item ordered is in stock. The
shipping charges depend on the weight of the merchandise
and its destination.

if I do not want to become a member?
If you do not want to become a member, you can still
buy products from our site at non-member prices. You will
be paying a small markup over cost.

payment choices do I have?
We accept only major credit cards at this time. VISA,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express only.

When
will my card be charged?
When you sign up for the membership program, your card
is charged immediately. But when you place an order, your
card is charged only when the actual order is shipped.

How
about sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax for orders outside New
Jersey. As we are located in NJ, we will charge 6% Sales
Tax as per the law.
